This award-winning pilot project sought feedback from patients and carers on the information provided to patients. Through focus groups and feedback cards, patients and carers shared their views on improving the service.

With the re-launch of the Maternity Forum, a broad spectrum of service users can feedback to the Maternity Services Liaison Committee (MSLC).

Patients using GP surgeries can comment on the service they receive via feedback cards, which are passed to a Patient Group. Their responses are displayed publicly in the surgery.

Hearty Voices Scotland is a partnership between Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) and the British Heart Foundation (BHF), enabling patients, carers and health professionals to work together to improve cardiac services.

The Forum asks young people about the health services they want. Feedback is given through websites and local media. The Forum is producing two DVDs and planning a mental health roadshow which will visit local secondary schools.

Following a successful introduction, the Audiology Working Group continues to give feedback to the modernisation of audiology services.
