Aims and objectives
This project aims to provide a modernised audiology service within the confines of a rural health board.
What we did
An advisory group was set up, and invitations issued to all concerned with the audiology service. The Centre for Change and Innovation assisted with drawing up process maps.
We contacted all who may be concerned with the building and running of a modernised audiology service, including patients.
We held a series of meetings and kept all informed.
Evaluation
Ongoing, using recommendations from Public Health Institute Scotland (PHIS)
